For more than 20 years, we have been manufacturing explosion-suppressant, self-sealing and flame retardant fuel tanks using proprietary technologies developed for specific use in the Automotive, Marine and Aviation industries. Among the years, we have proudly provided ballistic fuel tanks for Presidential Limousines, Head of States, Popes, Magistrates, and Security Forces vehicles. Moreover, our fuel tanks have been used as safety equipment on bank’s Armored cars, Military.
Bladder Fuel Tanks
Bladder fuel tanks are widely used as auxiliary tanks to extend the operational range of aircraft and helicopters, both in civil and military applications. Designed to meet specific customer requirements, these tanks can be manufactured in various capacities ranging from 50 liters up to over 1000 liters.
Features of our Fuel Tanks
Sub-wing fuel tanks are used as auxiliary ones to increase the aircraft range. Our sub-wing fuel tanksare manufactured on specific customer demands and they can have a capacity from 50 lt up to 1000 lt each and possibly more.
The structure of a sub-wing fuel tank includesthe following components:
1. Outer carbon cover
2. Internal bladder fuel tank made in rubberized fabric. Itsinner isfilled with safety foam.
The above listed parts(1+2) are assembled together by joining with screwsthe metal flange (placed on the upper side of the bladder)
and the closure plate (placed on the carbon cover).
The accessoriesthat can be installed on the fuel tank are the following:
- Cap for filler neck
- Pouring pump
- In, out and vent fittings
- Bulkhead electrical connector and wiring loom
- Fuel level sensor
- Female fittings for “suspension lug”
The flexible fuel tank can be made even in self-sealing or anti-crash structure. The external painting can be done according to client’s
specification. Auxiliary fuel tankscan be installed on aircraftsand helicopters, both civil and military ones.

Drop Drum
Collapsible Fuel Containers
Drop Drum is an Air Liftable, collapsible, fuel bladder tank, that can be pressurized and filled with gasoline,oil, jet fuel or diesel fuel, for rapid transport with helicopter, truck, rail or vessel.
It serves as a support in military special operation or in hard to reach areas.
Each Drum has three internal straps, two closure plates in stainless steel, two lift lugs, and other optional accessories.

SELF SEALING FUEL CELLS FOR WHEELED ARMORED VEHICLES
Three self-sealing coatings developed
– Avoid dangerous fuel leakages in case of gunshots
– Seal punctures of bullet entry-exit, bumps and fragments
Protection against hand-grenade through aramid fabric layers
Anti-blast filling in:
– Polyurethane foam compliant with MIL-DTL-83054C – Or aluminium leaf spheres, such as DETO-STOP and EXCO
Anti-flame and self-extinguish protections:
– Treatment with resin to withstand direct fire exposure for more than seven minutes.
